  • 63 Lark body to frame part needed

While working on the 63 Lark 2 door sedan, it was detected that we need to replace the piece of metal that is welded to the front, right floor corner of the shell. This part is oval and a bolt goes through it to connect the shell to the frame. Looks as though it offered additional support to the floor and assisted in the body sitting flat to the frame. I am certainly open to a rust free or slightly rusted used one is someone is able to cut one out of a parts car floor. Please advise. Thank you

A photo would help identify your item. If you're talking about body supports, Classic Enterprises sells repops.

I know just what it is- it is oval, but angled to match the floor contour. Has a bolt through it that goes into the frame bracket, and is welded to the floor tin.

Shouldn't be too hard to get used.

Bob you are correct. I wish I could figure this photo bucket stuff out. I am on dial up and it takes forever.

Yes, I think I also detected the need to replace that piece in my '63 Wagonaire which looks like this at the right front where the passenger might want to put his/her feet.
