Fun watch! But didn't seem to work that way for me in 1966 with my 63 GT, must have been something else missing.

Where have you been digging these up, Bill?

Note this being a pre-production model '62: The name embossed atop the grille shell, the upholstery (it should have been so good!) and the dash overlay around the radio and glove box, for example.

Obviously, two cars were used; one had overdrive and one was a four-speed. BP
We've got to quit saying, "How stupid can you be?" Too many people are taking it as a challenge.

      G. K. Chesterton: This triangle of truisms, of father, mother, and child, cannot be destroyed; it can only destroy those civilizations which disregard it.

Nice! It looks like they listed some other clips, some I've never seen before. The 62 lark ones are great. They've been advertising their dvds with new footage in Turning Wheels. I guess I'll have to buy some next time I'm there.

Thanks, Bill. I need that on a constant loop.
It's a special enough occasion to drive my white GT maybe I'll wear my dinner jacket every time. Anyone asks, "Where are you going?" My answer: "I've already arrived..."

My wife's already having fun with the imagined dialogue/inner monologue.
"Fer cryin' out loud, Vance...Go home to your wife!"
"Ugh, Timmy, I KNOW you love your new valet job..."
"The car still smells like that skunk you hit last weekend by the lake."

At least when the driver got back into the car the door closed properly. Not like that clip with Zsa Zsa Gabor and the '63 Daytona where the door just "sort of" closed.

I like this one when around 1:17 they say "The Studebaker Lark is a very sexy car"
