  • Rolls Royce for Sky Hawk

Anybody interested in trading a '56 Sky Hawk for my '84 Rolls Royce Silver Spirit? Rolls is in REALLY great condition, with a LOT of new mechanical parts. We use it every year to drive back and forth to Florida for the winter...

Are you building a fleet of Sky Hawks?

How is the Sky Hawk that you bought a couple of years ago coming along?

Or maybe a lil Lark for my zero-rust '79 Eldorado Biarritz?

If you are wanting a rare '56 Sky Hawk, the best plan is to list and sell that Rolls, because most Studebaker people are going to have 0 interest in a Tank, er a sorry, Rolls.

Then you could bid away to your heart's content on a nice Hawk for less money.

Wow, this '85 on eBay for 12,900.00 looks like a Mercedes with a 80's Honda Accord rear end complete with Tail Lights!

Well, I thought I'd give it a try. I figured SOMEbody would have some model '56 Hawk in the 6 to 10 thousand range they'd want to swap.

I was driving a Sky Hawk in 1968-69-70.The man at the gas station where I traded wanted my car. He offered to trade me a 61 Mercedes for it. I turned him down.

My wife was shopping for a car in 1995. Her final 3 choices cam down to a 93 Caprice, a 74 Rolls Royce,or a 81 Avant II, all for the same price. She chose the Avanti.

That 79 caddy would do well here in CA.

I saw a post on this site a while back regarding a wealthy man who owned a Rolls Royce but preferred to drive his Studebaker. Enough said.

I have an interest in a 1979 Eldorado, but I currently have no Studebakers for trade.

A description and price (and maybe pictures) would be the next step. You can place it on the forum (start a new topic under Stove Huggers if you don't want to mess with this topic). That would expose it to others that may be interested, other than me (a lot of us have a primary interest in Studebakers, but have an interest in all cars).
