Steering: P/S rerturn hose leak at control valve

How are you supposed to get a wrench on P/S return hose at control valve end as to replace the hose.There is no room between the fender & valve .Taken off hi-pressure line & removed inner apron.Still no room !

I made a socket-flare nut wrench to get at mine from the top with a 30" extension. Used a deep well impact 6 point socket and ground away a slot and 1/2 the side of the socket. Once broken loose I was able to remove by finger, then reversed procedure till tight. Otherwise need to remove the pitman arm-even worse job. May work for you.
