The 1963 Avanti I bought a few months ago had a hill holder (bypassed by a precious owner), but the build sheet I recently purchased does not show a hill holder. My question is: did all 4 speed Studebaker Avantis come with a hill holder as standard equipment? Thanks.

Too late for that. Grew up driving stick shifts in hilly terrain, so a hill holder is superfluous.Comment
