  • Interior: Question on interior light for Lark

I installed my headliner on my 62 Lark and I have to put the interior light back on. I covered the switch, but have the lens. I know this might sound stupid, but I want to be careful to cut the headliner for the light properly, and while I can feel the switch itself through the headliner, I'm not sure exactly how it fits. The lens has the hole for the switch to one side. It would help me to know if the switch is to the front or rear of the lens. Can anyone with a Lark take aloof and let me know? Thanks!

press inside the depression of the headliner where the switch is located...then make an "X" horizontally into that depression. Once open up around 2 inches see where the switch knob is (I don't remember myself now). AS long as you cut inside the bulb area, you're ok. You will then need to enlarge the "X" as necessary....GL

The Light Housing mounts OVER the headliner, the switch is Forward.
