The destination for my Vernon built 53 K is listed as Meford. When I got it I inquired to see if this was a typo but told that is what the original said. It could of course be a typo on the original. I bought the car in Salem, OR, and thought maybe it should be Medford. I suppose Meford may have been a dealer or a transport company. Does anyone know what Meford was?

There is also a VERY slim chance there was a Dealer named Meford, that of course is pretty "Far Out" as John Denver would say.StudeRich
