Fender to cowl seals

I purchased PN#1331760, p.111, Studebaker International catalog, fender to cowl seals. I can't for the life of me figure out where these seals are attached. Anyone know? There were no seals on the fenders when I took the truck apart, but I see some holes for clips at the back upper edge of the fender. The3 holes in the seals don't match the 3holes in the fender. Help?!!

You are referring to a corner seal that seals between the inner fender and the cowl, not the "cowl seals" that seal between the fender and the cowl. I hope this makes sense to you.

Pg. 111 does say: "Fender Corner Seal" and show a Picture. The Cowl to Hood Seal is 298965.

The Fender to Body "Shim" Rubber is NLA for Larks and Champs.
