I am going to purchase soon a full set of rubber parts for my 53 Commander.

Looking for recommendations or products to avoid.

Hello Rick, most rubber available today has lots of silicone in the formula. id the glue side, this needs sanding to rough it up then clean with lacquer thinner and dry in sun. 3m trim adhesive works as good as any.hope your doors are off cause that front peice in the door opening will cause baldness and speaking in tongues! Luck Doofus
