Need advice on 1950 chrome rocker trim removal

I'm wanting to remove the chrome rocker trim on my 50 champ 4 door parts car for my other project, but how does one go about removing it?

It basically stretches over the clips. Work it off the bottom edge of the clips one at a time. It will loosen it to pop it with your hand a little in the crown of it.
