My '64 Hawk was built the last day of production in South Bend and was probably about 7th from the end. It now is in northeastern Ohio.

Here is an very unusual Paint departure on a '64 GT Hawk for ya.
I spotted this one in South Bend at the SNM in 2012, I believe it was advertised for sale and may have a different owner by now.

I have one with a rusty top, rest of the car is pretty good. Perfect fenders, body, good floors, seats. Been thinking about making a convertible out of it, and make it look like a 53 or 54. I did start it once, no knocks. 289 4 bbl. I could be persuaded to sell it, for $2700 but wont give it away.

I've always heard that vinyl tops can contribute to rusty rooves on old cars, and this confirms it. I had one Stude with a vinyl top but after this pic I won't again!
