Rusty Baker?

Does anyone remember a fellow by the name of "Rusty Baker" who sold NOS Studebaker sheet metal items? Time frame would be 1986-87 area he operated from was New Mexico or Arizona.
He may have even advertized in Turning Wheels and Hemmings.
