'64 Commander R2 with the stripe

I really like this car. All it needs to be perfect are those Halibrands that Ed Reynolds has for sale.

Notice it has a column shift FOM trans. I wonder if it's a real deal R2, or a clone.[?] Can somebody see what engine number JTsk323 originally came in?
