Engine: 245 Commander Six Head Bolt Sealant?

I am going to be installing the cylinder head on my 53' 2R6 245 Commander Six. The head bolts are open to the water jacket.
What sealant should be used on the bolts? I could not find anything in the manual stating to use sealant.

ARP makes a good thread sealant. I get it from Summit.
