Pretty neat. The taillights and it's panel look like they're from an early Vega.

Pretty sure it has been discussed here, or maybe it was on Truck Talk. If you look closely, they actually used the whole rear panel from the Vega, just turned it upside down.

I don't remember this one on here. It is certainly in better shape than the last M vanl I remember being discussed. I would love to see this one up close.

That is a very neat "fix-up" ! I wonder if that rear piece is the only part from Vegas that didn't rust away ? It does complement the build. Neat use of old license plates too.

There's another one like this, not quite as nice, floating around in Michigan, IIRC. I've seen it's C/L ad on Facebook in the Studebaker groups several times in the past year.

                  I don't know, $20K for a zebra skin interior seems like a no-brainer...

Not Michigan, although one of the times I've seen it listed it might have been. Originally someone wanted it for a project, then quickly decided to put it up for sale again. These images are from a post in Vidor, TX, fwiw. $1600, this was posted in October. Discussion hovered around it likely being an REA delivery van.

If you look close you will see this is the same truck as in in the OP. So my comment in #4 still stands.

Now that I compare both photos up close, I guess it is the same vehicle, however its more 'together' now with lots more additional parts and other modifications since the previous posts on it.

Try to catch a zebra and skin it for less than that
