    Does anyone know of a after market rariator that wood fit into a 49 C-Cab. I'm going to be runing a 350 Chevy. I'm retaining the original radiator core surport

    I have always just called someone like Griffin and asked them what they had available for my car/truck. Everytime they have been able to build me an upgraded rad to fit my app. using the org. rad support. Good Luck.

      Ken and Mike, I had a Griffen radiator built for my 53 Starliner, but the guys on Truck Talk say the stock 67 Chevelle Radiator will fit a 49 2R at less cost ( $222.00 on www.completeradiators.com .

        If the Chevelle will fit , go for it. There is nothing wrong with saving money. Good find Bob.
