Its been about 2 years in the process, but last week I finished putting the girl back together again.
It was rear ended, I did the body work, had it painted, chrome done, and I polished up the stainless, all covered by insurance.
Although I have the Transtar for the occasional work day, and wrenching on my buddy's Champ PU, there is nothing like a shiny chrome laden long roof to make me and my wife smile.
Here are a few pictures.

Ross,
Your car looks great! ----and air conditioning too. I hope you and your wife drive a lot of fun miles with that beautiful car. I've always liked the '57 front end. ENJOY!!!

Hello Ross, Glad you got her back together, beautiful, just beautiful!
I was searching for a 1957 Broadmoor as I admire the 1957 Studebaker wagons.
Came across a 1957 Packard Clipper wagon and bought that car. Sorta like a Studebaker on steroids!

Great looking car. No wonder you and your wife smile. One of these days I hope to find a 57 as well.
Nice job on getting it back together.

Nice job Ross! When I get my wagon on the road perhaps we can meet somewhere for breakfast. I like the café at Rubidoux Airport myself.

GOLLY GEE WHIZ, Ross! That's just about the best looking Studebaker wagon that I've seen since they were new! You have done a commendable job on this one. Don't know the extent of damage done during the incident, but you've pulled off a good one with the insurance company paying for it. Congratulations.

Here are a couple of pictures of the damage. The hardest part was straightening the frame where the rear bumper and body mounts attach, and getting the grill, hood, and surrounding bits lined up.
Now I can get back to what I was doing to it before the wreck, that is power steering and doing something about the combo gas tank sender/pick up tube mess.

Your Provincial turned out very nice! Fortunately where you are, you can drive a Studebaker year-round.

Great job from Ohio also. Love to see people do most of the work, if not all. :)
