Is he internet savvy? Have him go to the SDC home page, and in the section titled "Get Connected", have him select the words "chapter listings". It will open the search tool, and he can find all the chapters in the area he selects. Based on the addresses of the members associated with the Husker Chapter, Chris is correct.
