Looks like you're starting with a solid body...that means a lot! Exterior chrome and a correct interior will be pricey, but 20K will go a long way in bringing this PH back if you can do the 'wrenching/painting' yourself....Good luck with this highly interesting project!Originally posted by jgrohs View Post

I can have MY red hawk there just finishing up some much needed work - rear end ( carrier bearing), power steering, freeze plugs, rear leafs.
on the PH, the previous owner had started the rebuild about 4 years ago. everything is apart, much either refurbished or at least cleaned up well. a little bit of rust repair needed and then the process of putting it back together. Maybe the april picnic in 3 years.1951 Custom
