Before I die, I want to drive the Big Island, or Oahu in my '64; I'd have to win the lottery to pay for the shipping costs so it most likely won't happen....maybe I can rent a Stude?!

Brucestude, better make it the Big Island, Oahu is VERY tiny and according to lots of polls, has the worst traffic/ travel times ! From where you are, the shipping costs, according to who you use, would be from about 8 hundred to around 12 hundred one way. Some of the west coast guys have recently shipped some to and from here. The Cruise Paradise thing is coming up in '15, so be getting ready, that'd be a good time to do it ! (check out our last one)

Looks like a great price. Would not want to even think about the shipping costs.

Well appointed interior. It has the look of a car a step above the common Fords and Chevys seen everyday. I always thought the trim on the rear looked like something out of a J.C.Whitney catalog though.

EssexExport, like I said in my post right above yours, normal shipping to L.A. varies from 8 to 12 hundred one way per my pals that ship back and forth. When we moved over, we brought the 63 Mini in the furniture container, but shipped the Miata as a car only shipment door to door from Alabama to our new home here for $1800.00. They delivered it to us undamaged and clean as a pin.
