Hope someone ion this forum is going to this auction and can report on what this car goes for .
Its probably a good thing I don't live near there , I'd probably have to sell something to make room

very pretty car, loaded, and with the Commander badges it makes me wonder what it really is. It is sporting a Champion engine at the moment, unless that picture got shuffled in with the others.

There is another blue 51 Champion being auctioned.....I think they got the engine pictures messed up

Picture number six of six is a little confusing too,.. But man that's a pretty car.
Even has the rare rear fender spears.

Looking at the Business Coupe's auction pix, yes, the engines are the same. So they are missing the V8 pix from the 52 Commander auction, not to mention the bullet nose in the 52 pix.

I'm guessing "nice blue Studebaker at auction" got the people very confused . . .

In addition to the 1952 Commander Starlight, I would like that 1972 Citroen SM.

I think that you are more polite than I would have been <G>. I tend to be very direct, as many here know.
