I don't disbelieve you, Lou Anne, but I am confused. I saw two when I searched the for-sale-by-owners and one when I searched dealers.Last edited by drpreposterous; 09-23-2014, 07:50 PM.

That's so weird how CL does that. I went to SF Craigslist, put "Studebaker" in the car search box and it came up with an Avanti, a '59 Lark and a GT Hawkl--that's it! Sure wish I knew why that happens sometimes. I've noticed discrepancies using Statewide Craigslist and Zoomthelist, too! That was a really pretty Prez, wasn't it?

That President is a beautiful car. However, equipped with an automatic, I find his mileage claims to be a bit hard to believe. Still, looks like a truly beautiful car in need of very little. Wish I could afford it.Home of the famous Mr. Ed!

Now that's right on!Originally posted by bill van alstyne View PostA little off topic, but to add to Lou and Franks posts, us VANs need to stick together! My name gets cut up, turned around and mutilated every which way you can think of. No big deal to me, but it is amusing sometimes. Best to all you other Vans out there, Bill Van Alstyne.Lou Van Anne
