  • 62 Station Wagon rarity?

An automotive journalist friend of mine has come across a 1962 Studebaker Lark station wagon with a 259V8 engine and 3 speed transmission for sale. Can anyone advise of the rarity of such a car? Also, is the rear bumper interchangeable with the sedan?

The Bumpers WILL interchange from Wagons to Sedans starting in 1962, '54 to '61 had the License Guard installed on Wagons.

The '62 Wagon is quite rare, especially a Regal Model P6, however since in my opinion it has to be the ugliest Wagon they ever made, so it's desirability, hence value and sale ability is very low compared to same quality examples of other years.

Sorry to those who own and love one of these, but looks do matter also facts.
