Body / Glass: 1947 Champion 4 door Windshield and Rear window installation

.We have run into some difficulty with both of these items tonight. The rear window rubber is too tight and wont let the glass, chrome and body pinchweld all go into place. I have an email into Valerie who I bought rubber from asking what might be wrong. Also, the front windshield drops right through the rubber like the rubber is not wide enough. I am wondering if anyone know the dimensions of the 2 piece windshield so we can at least check that they are the right size. Part number is 284528. I have asked Valerie this also, but I thought I might put his question out to the Stude folks in general as a another source to check by.

Appreciate the help. I guess if restoring Studebakers was easy everyone would be doing it....

Thanks Chuck. We are just sorting through it now. i had that document also which sure indicates my windshiled is too small.
