Looks like a car from an amusement park ride. Not much "Studebaker" about it, other than the cobbled-on nose bullet, which is completely at odds with the rest of the car, which looks more like could be a 1930's BMW roadster.

I would love a big toy from the past

I think a dodge em car would be wicked for the street . They use motorcycle motors.
