The Third Icon to the right of the smiley face is the Pic loading Icon.
You choose a Photobucket site loaded Pic or one on your computer by Browsing for it on your "C" Drive.StudeRich

You can also copy and paste the URL of any image already existing online if you preface it with the [img] and suffix it with the [/img] prompts.
For example:
Brad Johnson,

The only problem with coping it directly from a website, is that you do not have any control of how long it will last, if it is moved or deleted by it's owner it will be gone and not in our archives. Such as an eBay Ad.StudeRich
