  • Steering: Idler arm for 1950 Champion

Hi. Does anyone one know where I could locate an idler arm. My mechanic tells me mine needs replacing so we can do an alignment. I have been searching to no avail.

    Thanks in advance.

Do you have the Studebaker part number from your 1950 Chassis Parts Catalog? That would be a really great place to start to be certain that you are being placed in contact with the very precise part you need. Google Studebaker and the part number and you might be surprised.

Most of the vendors and enthusiasts are at the International meet this week, so there will be more responses and assistance as everyone comes back home and gets on the forum again.

I agree that you should get a parts manual. It's a small investment that can answer a lot of questions and save a lot of expensive mistakes.
