A/C quit. Fuse ok, where to begin?

What do you mean by "quit"? Does absolutely nothing happen? Does it run but not blow cold air? Does the blower motor not work but compressor kicks in? Exactly what is happening and not happening?

Assuming that you mean that the air is not cold and/or the compressor is not running, jumper the low pressure switch momentarily and see if the compressor engages. If so, that indicates either a low pressure situation or a bad pressure switch. If this does not engage the compressor, check for voltage at the compressor coil with the switch jumpered. If there is voltage then and you do not get compressor engagement, you probably have either a bad coil or a seized compressor. etc. etc.

This type of trouble shooting is easier to do than to "type" out/explain.

Please give a complete description of what your A/C system does and does not do.

          For openers:
Engine off, run a jumper from your battery + to the pigtail connector at the compressor. If it engages, then the clutch is ok* / Engine on - turn on the AC and use a VOM to check for voltage at the same compressor connector. If none, then your switch is bad or a fuse is gone.
*If the compressor works and there's no cool, then clutch magnet is ok but the facing might be worn and cannot hold while turning ( that has to be worked out)
Coolant can be low or gone. Some compressors have a hi/lo switch that prevents the compressor from operating with low coolant or high coolant to prevent compressor damage..
