    I may well be wrong, but the mirror looks like an aftermarket mirror that attaches to the top of a door via the clamp at the bottom of the stem.

      I'm thinking it is late 30's vintage as it looks like the very experienced one on my 39 Champion. But hard to tell without the measurement of the mirror and arm size.

        The mirror looks like the one that came with my 62 Champ some 35 years ago...and it's still in use. (Clamps to the door frame).

            Instrument cluster looks like one from a late 30s or early 40 G.M. car or truck.
