  • They aren't making them anymore...

but if you want to experience what it would be like to own a new 1950 Studebaker Champion, it does not get much closer than this.

I first saw this car back in 1994/95. The owner was very particular with it and the story was he would change the oil in it after only a couple hundred miles. Looks exactly the same as it did twenty year ago, with about 4000 more miles on it.

Wow. That is nice. Only thing missing is that new car smell.

Very tempting if it wasn't all the way in Texas!

Yeah, but I'll bet you could DRIVE IT to Indiana.
No deceptive flags to prove I'm patriotic - no biblical BS to impress - just ME and Studebakers - as it should be.

Interesting in that it has the "Custom" level trim on the dash and yet sports alot of brightwork on the outside.

Probably a case of going to Studebaker meetings over multiple years - "hmm, NOS pair of 1950 front fender chrome toppers for $5 - oh well - seems like a good price." My 60S-W4 was the same way - second owner added two outside mirrors, hood ornament, carpet, full wheel covers, radio, etc....

for those not in the area, perhaps the price could be adjusted down a bit to pay for part or all of transport. you won't know until you ask!
