need help determing where parts go

I need help determining where these parts install. They are painted black on the back side and body color on the front. They also have the trim color which is light brown sprayed on it as well. So before I paint it I would like to know where it goes. I've looked in the Chassis & Body Parts Catalog but did not see it. I did not disassemble these parts, and the person who did is no longer with me. They have 5 holes stamped in them and one hole is recessed. Any help would be appreciated.
