If it is a PA car - it is what you cannot see that can do you in.
With that few miles, if it has been sitting for any length of time, it might have to be completely gone through to be a driver - but who knows - it could have been driven up from El Paso last fall and the person lost interest over the long winter we have had...
This is the type of ad where it would behoove the person to put up as many pictures as they can - one just does not cut it.
