1963 lark copper ground strap

The copper ground strap on a 63 super lark was on the end of the oil pressure gauge line. Did the other end go under the coil screw?

I believe that is the ground for the radio...

It could go there, but I believe most were attached to the Firewall to prevent Radio Static.
