We're lucky that a '62 Lark model was available; I always wished Jo-Han would have done a better job on the front wheel opening though. They're not nearly as perfectly-round as the model depicts.Bill Pressler

They are a pretty nice model. I never noticed the front wheel opening but I did notice the earlier 1957-60 steering wheel!
I advertised a hardtop version of one of these models a while back and got more phone calls and emails about it than on anything else I have advertised in the last decade!
Chris.

If you prefer an un-built kit...but it has the newer, less rare box.

Interesting. A serious modeler could probably paint and detail that one out pretty sharp. I do recall that though Jo-Han built various models of cars that AMT & Revell ignored, which was good; the Jo-Hans weren't great about accuracy. I think I built their Chrysler Turbine Car(or something), but it was a gift to me. I did build several AMT 1953 Studebakers, and I chose to assemble them mechanically stock, & not with the blown hemi.Last edited by Reggie; 04-04-2014, 02:06 PM.
