Looks like there is as much dirt inside the car as under it...

So much for all that talk about "California cars." Think even a die-hard rat rodder would simply say no...

At first I thought it was a "One Piece At A Time" car - Starlight Coupe on the left side, Starliner on the right.
...Then I noticed the two separate blue ones.

For parts, how much does he think lug nuts are worth?

Grill shells and bars look pretty good.

If I were closer I'd have to look at them just for trim glass some other odd parts.

Where the He... is lemon grove?? Looks like the acid in the lemons got the better of the cars.

Yeah, someone will pay for $400 for two cars and get $1000 worth of '53 grill stuff - and chances are - covered with all that dirt - they are good driver quality

Or when they pick them up the guy says, "oh yeah, I forgot to put it on the ad, but here are four bars and surrounds, NOS, in 1953 boxes that are going with the cars..."

Gives new meaning to "chopped and channeled". Could be used for a salt flats streamliner don't cha think? There does appear to be some usable glass and trim.

Wow! When it comes to names and "selling psychology" (especially for automobiles)...how would you like to have "Lemon Grove" in the craigslist title? Then...like some folks write their ads...include the words, "better hurry, won't last long!"

A little bit of buffing will take of that.
