Fuel System: Gas Gauge for 1976 Avnti 2

Hi

Can you help me ? I am trying to find out what is the Ohms resistance of the fuel gauge in a 1976 Avanti 2 ? Is it 90ohms or 240 Ohms ?
I have installed a new sender unit sold by Studebaker international but didn't check the resistance. I would like to purchase a new stewart warner gauge and can get a 284-m (240 Ohms) or 284-BS ( 90Ohms)

It's probably 240 ohm...that's more or less universal back in the day. When I replaced the sending unit in my '70 Avanti along with new gauges I was supplied with a 240 ohm sender by one of the Avanti vendors.
