Body / Glass: Hood Compatability

Will the hood from a '63 GT fit a '62 GT? I believe the grills and the lower side intakes are different but how about the hoods?

It will fit if you change the side grills, center grille and a bunch of other parts....

Probably best to keep looking for the correct 1962 Hood. Actually it would be easier to fit one from a 1956-61 Hawk although there are still minor differences.

I put a 1963-64 hood on a 1962 Hawk GT. You have to use the later grill housing shell to make it work.
