Need help: Vehicle check - San Diego area

I would like someone to check out a Studebaker for me sometime soon. I'd appreciate someone knowledgeable on body work. Specifically, this vehicle has what appears to be a lot of skim coating of "bondo". Seller says no rust through. I'm in Mass. Anyone PM me.
