  • Studebaker Related Video

Filmed and edited by a Non-Stude guy, it may be very appealing to many people, even if they are young or don't have old cars.

Special thanks to all the volunteers who made this happen!

The annual Studebaker Diner & Museum Open House event is held on the 2nd weekend in September.

Plan on joining us for 2014

Please do book a flight, or even a scenic Amtrack ride up the coast (you won't regret it).

We will have Studebaker's waiting to pick people up at Bellingham Airport, or Train station!

It's 3 days of Studebaker Events:

Friday 12 September - Evening Studebaker Cruise to Boomers Drive-In

Saturday 13 Sept. - Bell's Studebaker Diner & Museum Open House.

Evening Studebaker Cruise to a Vintage Trailer Show.

Sunday 14 Sept. - Whatcom County Studebaker Club CLassic Car Show.

If it wasn't for Carson trying to "put the make" on the hostess for the video; it would have been great.
Actually it WAS great & I sure would like to drive west for a couple of days to take that event in one of these years. James and Stephanie gave me a great tour of the place a few years back, but they have added on since then.

side note...just watched a new TV commercial for a Toyota minivan. Driver pulls up to a park and attendant says: "Welcome to Golden Hawk Lake". Still sounds good.

As James notes above- getting to Bellingham is not hard.
Planes, trains, busses and Interstate FIVE make it very easy to get to.

As James also noted- our Chapter's 'WeekEnd of Fun' lines up with International Drive Your Studebaker Day...

What better excuse to get yours out on the road and meet up with a bunch of other StudeNuts?
Not to mention that there as many (or more) Studes to ogle you'd see at a Zone meet?

                      Indeed- pretty cool, eh?
But in all honesty other cars looked just as good that day.

If you were on FaceBook- you'd understand what I am talking about...

even your 'yard art' had a certain somethin' special goin' on that day.

It looks like maybe you don't need a FB account.
Chris must've sent you a cd with his pics.

I guess it pays to own the place, eh?

Yes, Brian's car also looked great!
It was a fun time with such a variety from 1867 - 1966 Stude's, as well as Packards and newer Avanti's.
