  • Anyone recognize these neglected Studebakers in Iowa?

These two pictures came in a box of old turning wheels magazines and random parts that I got with my Champion. Maybe someone recognizes them? If not I still think it's a neat couple of photos.

Usually either Tom or Al would know where they are.. or were. Tom is on here all the time.... I am sure we will hear from him shortly!

My brother told me he saw a shed full of studebakers in south eastern Iowa that looked like mostly hawks. Anyone know of these? Said they can be see from the road. Maybe this summer I'll talk him into back tracking where he was at the time and see if we can find them.

They don't look neglected, no trees growing through them!! What part of Iowa? It looks similar to a spot where I looked at some car SE of Des Moines. There are still Studebakers setting in the wild here in Iowa but they are getting to the point where they are no longer worth the effort to reclaim . Tom
