    Several years ago a vendor I was buying parts from at work told me he went there to get a quote from Teriss , It was the first time he was there and after walking around the inside of the building he had to ask the management what was the original purpose of this beautiful building , Ed

        It is an incredibly well built Building like all of the Corporate Buildings in South Bend and the Parts Depots/Zone Offices that Studebaker built, I have to wonder if this one used to be Corp. owned and built.
