LOVE the color photo of the 1956 Studebaker Sky Hawk Convertible on the back Cover.....Now THAT's a car that Studebaker could have sold a few of! (if they had thought to build it)

I did not receive a February TW yet to see what you are refering to. Yours must have passed right through NY on its way from PA to MA.
A 1956 Sky Hawk is the postwar Studebaker that I like the most that I have yet to own, out of more than 50.

I sure would like to see a side view of that car.... from the published photo, there appears to be something going on in the rear quarters as well.

I've already read February almost from cover to cover-I also hoped for a side pic of the convertible,no such luck! Looks like something similar to '55 side mldgs-?

Since there's already a thread on this which I posted January 21st, can we keep delivery responses posted to that one in order to have an accurate account. Thanks.

Tell me about it Bob. I likely won't see this issue until March unless I can sneak a peek from one of the Florida members.

I think we're looking at standard 1956 Sky Hawk fender and door side mouldings....but what appears '55ish is really just a white pinstripe following the body 'crease'.

OK-I see a tape stripe[which needs to come off] But I see a vertical chrome piece on the rear quarter just behind the door? The rear quarter seems like it's darker behind that, but maybe that's just the photo. Anyway,I'd sure like to see more pics of this car.
