  • Studebaker sighting

I took he family out for dinner last night and we decided to try a new place. Bubba's is the neame of the place, kind of like a sports bar with more televisions than I could count. All kinds of sports playing along with music videos, mostly from the eighties. The meal was excellent with burgers the size of a dessert plate, chicken sandwiches so big that my 18 year old son could barely get his mouth open wide enough to eat it and fries that actually tasted like fries. Cool place. After we ate and were leaving, my wife walked around the corner of the building, came back and said that there was an old station wagon all decorated and displayed for Christmas. We drove around the building and I was tickled to see a Stude Wagon proudly displayed for the restaurant. Without looking too close, it is a single headlight car and I think it is a 64. The left front fender had a Cruiser emblem on it and the car looked fairly complete, just rusty. I'll have to go by and check it out during daylight hours soon.
