I'm waiting on parts, it's chilly in the garage and the wife (bed bound) is having a bad week.... So, I'm taking the opportunity to lay out the electric system on paper this week.
Planning to move the battery to the trunk. I picked up a fuse box from a Caravan ( pull and save) to drop where the battery was. With relay triggered halogen headlights, Astro steering column with lots of goodies, 12 volt gauges, emergency shut down system and every inch of the wiring too rotten to remain, to rewire is a given. The only decision is whether to cobble a 58 year old wiring harness or design to fit all the 2014 components with appropriate relays etc.
The Stewart Warner Deluxe series gauges and sensors came today.. next trick will be removing the old oil pressure fitting from the block..... oooops should have done that before I put the engine back in.
