This was a loaded-up beauty back in the day. Notice the "air cond" body streamer under the hood. This is the third 1959 Lark I have seen with factory air conditioning - the first two being sedans and now this hardtop.

Very well-optioned Lark! I have to point out, that even with all of these options as well as a reel-type antenna I imagine, that there still is the absence of the clock which seems to be rare as henís teeth in these cars. I hope this finds a nice home to someone who will restore back to stock. There should be no complaints with lack of power!

He could purchase that one, as well as this one (http://seattle.craigslist.org/sno/cto/4237597765.html), use what he needs to turn out one complete car and then part out what remains to recoup some of is cost.

...I don't think after making 1 driver you could ever get your money back..... these both look like rust bucket parts' cars....maybe a bit harsh but not a value by any means...

I owned a nice 1959 hardtop with V8 and AT and also a rust free (from Texas) 1960 sedan with V8, AT and A/C, but never both together.
