    These vent doors are supposed to have gaskets with them, I have a very thin gasket that goes at the very point of where the vent door meets the fender opening.

    The correct gaskets 284991 are almost 1/4" thick foam rubber. If you disassemble the fender from the body then you will need 800002 seal kit for vent duct halves.
