Actually, this was Tom Elliott's car. He owned about a dozen 51 Studes over the years. This Starlight Coupe he bought in 1974 and it was his first car. He sold it around 2009 or so, just a couple of years before he died. Just before he sold it, I got it running for him and he drove it all around. Was the first time the car had ran in over a decade.
Hope you give her a good home!Last edited by mbstude; 11-30-2013, 06:21 PM.

Beautiful car! What a wonderful Studebaker
To have as a first one. Mine was a 1950 Land Cruiser.
Welcome to Studebaker, there is no known
cure! You may go into remission like I did
But it always comes back!
Met Andy Beckmann at Gettysburg, rejoined Studebaker
that same day!sigpic1957 Packard Clipper Country Sedan

Welcome to the wonderful and crazy world of Studebaker. You should be able to get all the information and guidance you need here on the forum. I swear, I think there are guys on here that were around when Studebaker was building wagons.
I love seeing the "Bullet Nose" cars staying on the road. I love mine. Have fun and happy motoring.Ed Sallia
