Norm finished today. Here's a few pictures...
Norm was able to construct the side pieces in one piece as opposed to 2 pieces stock. This eliminated a seam and looks cleaner.
Norm is interested in doing some kind of "kit".
In addition, I can put together a blog on what we did, how we did it, and a materials list. I can also make .pdf templates of all the finished cardboard pieces for those interested in doing their own.
I am gone to California for a couple of weeks. In the meantime, Norm is going to figure out what would be included in the kit and how much he will have to charge. He'll also work on instructions to install. I will not be involved with the kits. You will deal directly with Norm. I don't add any value to that process.
