48 Champion Owner's Guide?

Can't find one online.
I'd mainly like to know what the first knob on the left is for. I'm missing the knob itself.
The body service manual calls it a control knob.... Yeah, I guessed that much.
Control WHAT?

Never had a '48 but, in the '51 it is the heater control.

It's the windshield wiper control. Has a 'W' on it. Turn right for wipers, turn left for washer (if equipped).
