Yep. No substitute for taking it all the way if you want to do it right. I once had a low mile California TR6 that was so rust free every nut and bolt underneath just came off like they were put on yesterday. When I stripped the paint I found a long scratch on the rear fender in the original primer that had rust bloom under the paint. It would have only been a matter of time....
